10% CHAPS - 50 ml
CHAPS: 3-[(3-Cholamidopropyl)dimethylammonio]-1-propanesulfonate
Reagents needed:
5 g |
CHAPS |
40 ml |
ddH2O |
Directions:
1) Mix 5 g of CHAPS with 40 ml of ddH2O by stirring.
3) Add ddH2O until final volume is 50 ml.
2) Store at room temperature.
